The popular Teddy Bears' Picnics return to Queenstown and Wanaka on Saturday, January 29, towards the end of the Summerdaze Festival.
Exciting activities, games and prizes would all feature, Summerdaze organiser Nicole Fairweather said in a statement this week.
"There'll be a bouncy castle for kids and their teddies to jump on, face-painting, interactive hula-hooping and a petting zoo for the children.
"No bears though - we're happy just dealing with the toy ones."
There will be a dance demonstration, singing and stories, plus prizes for the best- dressed teddies.
The Remarkables Park Town Centre Teddy Bears' Picnic takes place on Saturday, January 29, at the Red Barn just past the town centre, in Frankton, between 11am and 1 pm. Admission to the Queenstown Lakes District Council-run event is free.
