Intergrated Medical Centre and Private Hospital
Remarkables Park Ltd (RPL), Queenstown Medical Centre (QMC) and other specialist providers are forging ahead with plans for an integrated medical services facility on a site fully zoned for Hospitals and Healthcare Services in the 150-hectare Remarkables Park Zone. Plans for a multi-million-dollar, large scale, modern, integrated medical facility starting at 3200sqm but with capacity to more than double in size were announced on 3 March 2011

After six heats over the last three months local foodies have been demonstrating their talents to gain a spot in the final with, soon to be announced, one of New Zealand’s best Chefs as the Judge. Extension of the Remarkables Park Town Centre
The Remarkables Park Town Centre is proposing further expansion with 26,000 m² of new retail floor space! The current excavation works to enable this expansion includes the removal of 177,000 cubic metres of material to create building platforms on the site. We are very excited that we are underway with works and planning for construction that could start next year. The proposed extension will enable up to five large format stores ranging in size from 1,500 m² to 6, 000m² and over 1000 new car parks.
Retirement Village
Resource Consent has been granted to LifeCare Residences (formally Sanctuary Residencies Limited) for a Retirement Village consisting of 130 apartments and a range of recreational facilities including a bowling green, croquet lawn, library and gymnasium.
